How was Jacobs start in the Company?
Recently, Jacob onboarded our company, and as he says:
“As a product manager, I must contact the customers directly to learn and understand the business and create new and valuable products for both wire manufacturers and users.
In my first month, I have been introduced to several new products. I have also been on two customer visits and attended a large exhibition in Berlin. At DSE, you are very close to the customers, which is one of the main reasons for me to work for DSE Test Solutions A/S.
Another good reason is that you are automatically involved in all the product steps, from development, testing, and validation through manufacturing to packing and shipping the products to the end customer. Having this kind of “complete hands-on” involvement with your products is very satisfying.
On May 1, 2023, Jacob Hansen started as a Product Manager in the Wire Industry Products (WIP) department and will work closely with Poul and Martin on our wire products.
Jacob joined DSE Test Solutions A/S after more than 22 years as a Product Manager for Kamstrup A/S, where he handled a portfolio of various communication products for innovative metering and grid solutions within Heat/Cooling, Water, and Electricity meters.
He has also worked with national and European standardization of the communication protocols used within the smart metering segment for the past 14 years.
Jacob is 53 years old and lives with his wife and son in Boulstrup (just outside Odder - towards Hou).
How was Lenes start in the Company?
Lene was also onboarded recently; this is her statement:
“DSE is an exciting workplace, and the employees are great at welcoming new colleagues. This is really good support and help in everyday work life.”
Lene has worked in the electronics industry for 30 years in production and support for BB Electronics, Triax, and Scandinavian Avionics. Lene lives in Stouby with her husband and two children.
